Liquid polymer coating

Label: ТС3000F, ТС3000С, ТС2000, TC2000SS

Technology: air spraying on an automatic line on a pre-prepared surface. A two-layer coating consisting of a layer of epoxy-phenolic liquid primer and an outer layer of liquid epoxy-phenolic material.

Thickness: 150–250 microns.

Powder polymer coating

Label: ТС3000FP, ТС3500, ТС3520А, TC3600,TC 3700, TC2000P

Technology: application of powder material by hot spraying on a cured primer. A two-layer coating consisting of a layer of epoxy-phenolic liquid primer and an outer layer of powdered epoxy-phenolic/epoxy material.

Thickness: 175-660 microns.

Hardbending is a wear–resistant protective metal coating welded by electric welding in a protective gas environment to the outer surface of the drill pipe lock to increase the lock life and reduce
casing wear.
